Hey there, earring lover! We’re all about bringing you gorgeous, high-quality earrings, and due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchange of mind on any earrings.

Exceptions: 🚨

We totally get that mistakes happen! If:
✨ Your earrings arrive damaged or defective (big yikes!)
✨ We accidentally send you the wrong pair (oops, our bad!)

Let us know within 48 hours of delivery by emailing pearlyspretties@gmail.com. with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll make it right for you!
